1] What is your return policy?

You may return all purchases under $100.00 within 10 days of your invoice date for a full refund less shipping costs. Returned orders over $100.00, and all wholesale orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you are unsure about ordering multiple pieces we recommend placing a small test order to evaluate the quality and color of the jewelry. If you are satisfied you can reorder additional pieces and we will be able to get your order to you in a short period of time.

2] What if an item breaks or needs repair?

All items have a lifetime guarantee. If an item ever breaks or needs to be repaired, please call our office at 1-800-794-2973 or follow all the instructions below.

1. Send item back to the following address. Make sure your item is wrapped

2. Include a note explaining what the problem is.

3. Include your return address and phone number where you can be reached during the day in case there is a problem.

Please include a note with instructions and your return address and daytime phone number. We will lengthen your necklace at no charge and send back your item by regular us mail.
