What is your return policy?

You may return all purchases under $100.00 within 10 days of your invoice date for a full refund less shipping costs. Returned orders over $100.00, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns for wholesale orders as they are all made to order. If you are unsure about ordering multiple pieces we recommend placing a small test order to evaluate the quality and color of the jewelry. If you are satisfied you can reorder additional pieces and we will be able to get your order to you in a short period of time.

What if an item breaks or needs repair?

We offer a 30 day warranty against any defects on all of our items. Please note that this does not include any breakage due to misuse, overuse, or normal wear and tear. Comb teeth are not covered under this warranty. If an item breaks or needs to be repaired, we may be able to repair it for you at a small fee if the item is not too old. please email our studio for instructions and costs for repairs.
